Below I have set up an exercise day, which changes every morning while exercises are not allowed at the Clubs. The theme of the exercises is either a ball or foot training technique or a wall exercise, where you need a ball and a wall to kick in. Then you can go to the training sessions (technique exercises and wall exercises), and then you will see all the exercises that are available. There are so many practice days in the head of both of these collections that you can take advantage of, as each exercise has 8-9 exercises. This is free of charge for you.
