W01 - One touch
Pass the ball to the wall, after you pass the ball, take one step back and one step forward to kick the ball again. 3 sets with 25 reps.

Pass the ball to the wall, after you pass the ball, take one step back and one step to receive the ball, control the ball in first touch and pass it again. 3 sets with 20 reps.

W03 - Inside - outside - inside
After you kick the ball, take one step back and then take one step forward when receiving the ball. 3 sets with 15 reps Recive the ball with the inside of your foot, then touch it with outside and then again with inside and move then ball so you can pass it with the other foot. Then kick the ball against the wall with a simple pass.

Kick the ball with left foot against the wall, and receive it with the left, with first touch move the ball to the right foot on the other side of the cone. Then pass and receive with right foot and turn it to the left. 3 sets with 30 seconds work, rest 30 seconds between sets.
