W05 - Two touch - outside across cone

Kick the ball with left foot against the wall, and receive it with outisde right, with first touch move the ball to the right foot on the other side of the cone. Then pass and receive with left outside foot and turn it to the left and pass
with left. 3 sets with 15-20 reps
